The ambulance LUkraine brought from Ukraine to Luxembourg as part of the UkraineisCalling project is now being exhibited in the United Kingdom.
For over 10 years of Russia’s war against Ukraine, thousands of brave Ukrainian medics have provided critical care to all those affected by Russian weapons, from soldiers to ordinary citizens and children. Despite their noble service, they’ve faced relentless attacks, with over 1,300 incidents in the last two years alone, resulting in the deaths of 198 medics. The ambulance on display here was a casualty of one such attack.
#TargetedForSavingLives is a project developed by the Ukraine Solidarity Project, with support from LUkraine asbl and Ukraine Charity, who provided the damaged ambulance. As it tours five UK cities (London, Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Cardiff), our goal is to raise awareness of Russia’s assaults on Ukrainian medics and collect donations for new ambulances for Ukraine as part of the #UkraineIsCalling project.
